At renewal of April 28, 2024 they increased my rate to $1880 from $900 last year, no changes, escrow account paid, this is how this woke DEI corporation values customers. State farm and Napoleon, mi agents have told us after submitting bill aprox April 6, 2024 for bill due April 28, 2024 it will take 2 to 5 weeks for refund, so now I pay because they got the money early. very unprofessional"
